- Q: What is the pH balance of White Rain® shampoo? A: The pH Balance for White Rain® Shampoos is 5.20-5.70.
- Q: How many hold levels does White Rain® have? A: White Rain® Hairspray comes in 3 levels. Firm Hold is the lightest, Extra Hold is medium and Maximum Hold is the strongest hold.
- Q: Can I have free coupons? A: We run several national coupon promotions each year. Please look in the coupon section of your local newspaper or grocery mailer for promotions and coupons.

- Q: Why can't I purchase all of your products from my local retailer? A: Our products are available for order but it is ultimately up to the store as to what they are going to carry. Please check with your local retailer regarding the availability of specific White Rain products ®.
- Q: How do I remove hairspray residue? A: The best way to remove hairspray residue is to use a mild soap and warm water. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Q: What is the 55% voc formula change? A: There was a formula change made to be in compliance with State laws as part of the regulations to achieve clean air mandated at the state and federal levels. Limits were set on household, industrial, and consumer products to the percentage of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) that can be released.
- Q: Does White Rain® hairspray contain CFCs? A: No, White Rain® Hair spray does not have CFCs. Q: What are CFCs? A: CFCs are chlorofluorocarbons. They are a series of hydrocarbons containing both chlorine and fluorine. They have been shown to cause stratospheric ozone depletion and have been banned for many uses.
- Q: What do I do when the hairspray nozzle clogs? A: To clear a clogged nozzle, remove the nozzle and run it under warm water. Avoid spraying in eyes.
- Q: Are hairsprays safe to take on an airplane? A: Hair sprays are safe for air travel. You might want to ensure the cap is secure and or place the container into a separate plastic bag, just in case of accidental discharge.
- Q: Are hairsprays safe for the ozone? A: All hair sprays are environmentally friendly because they are required to meet federal and state air quality standards\ regulations.
